Within a project, the ELC (Environment, Labor, and Community Management) efficiency quarterly audit measures the effectiveness of the ELC team of a contractor or business partner. The performance of the ELC team is reviewed by the client audit team consisting of core group of people.

The FGP TCO project audit team evaluates the work of contractors on the basis of the work completed and adherence to the schedule. The evaluation covers a wide range of KPI’s involving performance on daily operational work. The objective is to ensure minimum impact on the Environment, Labor health, and Community. The Environment, Labor, and Community Management (ELC) takes precedence over and above the HES requirements.

The FGP TCO awarded Sarens’ ELC leaders - Akzhan Nurgozhina and Saltanat Myrzagalieva for ensuring that the project team of Sarens meets all the KPIs. Sarens has achieved the highest ELC (Environment, Labor, and Community Management) audit results for seven consecutive quarters amongst 400 business partners actively involved on the TCO project.

Sarens ELC leader, Akzhan Nurgozhina says, “It makes me extremely proud to receive this certificate of recognition from our client because it means that all our team efforts are working in the right direction. Winning this reward gives me the impetus to achieve more and set the bar high for ourselves and other contractors.”
